THRIVE'S SIMPLE, SUSTAINABLE APPROACH
Thrive is the women’s whole-body program at Get Fit Davis and Get Fit Davis Sport that combines small-group training, nutrition coaching and 1-on-1 goal setting to help women of all ages achieve their fitness, nutrition and wellness goals.
Thrive's unique program, first and foremost, accounts for a woman's personal goals. After each Thrive woman creates goals with 1-on-1 guidance, she receives:

Full-body assessment;

3 weekly small-group total-body workouts (learn correct form & proper technique);

Personalized weekly at-home workouts;
-
Weekly meal plans and recipes based on caloric needs and goals (vegetarian/vegan plans available);

Mindful/reflective practices; and
-
Weekly coach-athlete check-ins.

Small group training + personalized at-home workouts

Thrive promotes full-body fitness for women through strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training. We work multiple energy systems to build core strength, mobility and balance, and our training system maximizes strength and conditioning gains.
During small-group workouts, we practice correct form and proper technique. We teach and differentiate the concepts of proper warm-up, pre-hab/mobility, strength and skill, metabolic training, and cool-down exercises. Additionally, the personalized at-home workouts complement and reinforce the concepts and exercises learned during small-group workouts.

Weekly meal plans + recipes
Thrive provides women a simple, balanced approach to nutrition. Meal plans, corresponding recipes, and Thrive’s ‘favorite foods’ list are delivered to your inbox weekly.
Thrive’s effective nutrition plans:

Provide an appropriate amount of Calories based upon the goals of the individual.

Fit into the lifestyle of the individual.

Emphasize energy-dense whole foods in order to maintain proper energy balance.

Provide a balanced approach to the three macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates and fat.

Thrive provides tools and resources for women to set goals, track progress, celebrate growth and adjust as necessary—all with the support of a personal coach!

Additionally, Thrive creates opportunities for women to choose mindful, reflective practices to incorporate into their busy lives. From journaling to yoga to mantras, Thrive women experience ‘living in the moment’ through self-reflection, positive self-talk and more.
